Sarah Gustafson-Dombeck

Sarah Gustafson-DombeckSarah joins the OSA Care Program in working directly with students and faculty to provide coordinated care, support, and resources to students as they navigate the University and pursue their academic and personal goals. Previously, Sarah worked within the Disability Resource Center as an access consultant and American Sign Language interpreter. She approaches her work through a social justice lens ensuring accessibility for all. Earning her M.A. in Student & Personnel Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota, she is thrilled to join the expanding Care Program to support students, staff, and faculty.

Anna Lifson

Anna Lifson

Anna Lifson, MSW, LGSW (she/her/hers) is honored and excited to work with the OSA Care Program. She brings over 15 years of professional experience with individuals, groups and institutions seeking to learn, grow, heal and thrive. Anna’s previous roles have included: mental health therapist, sexual health educator, family advocate, community organizer, volunteer coordinator and program manager; she has worked with a variety of community-based agencies in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC. Anna is deeply committed to equity and anti-oppression work, and welcomes all types of feedback, connection and collaboration. She is an alum of Macalester College and the U of M School of Social Work, and is fluent in Spanish.
